Does your manufacturing business have a complaint process through which interested parties and owners
of affected rights can they file complaints and get them handled within the business?

According to the UN's "Protect, Respect and Remedy" Framework, business have a duty
to respect and expect human rights offer a remedy if their activities cause or contribute to causing harmful effects on human rights. It is recommended that the process be used operational level claim for those who may be affected by the activities of the business, in the form of an effective procedure by means of which business can provide a remedy.
